Thank you to AIMED — the CEO group for Ahmedabad-based software companies — for the invitation, and to Elsner Technologies for hosting at their World Center office. AIMED takes shared challenges seriously and that shows in the room: founders and CEOs comparing notes on what is actually working inside their teams.

The session walked through the agentic operating system as I see it today: the pieces (models, tools, memory, observability, evaluation, governance), where developer craft is becoming more valuable not less, and how leadership can support engineering teams with the right infrastructure to take on bigger problems. Agents are most effective when they amplify experienced builders — every example in the deck assumes humans stay decisively in the loop.
