What this covers

This policy applies to paid public workshops and training sessions booked through this site. Corporate and private engagements are governed by their own written agreement, which overrides this page.

Cancelling your seat

  • More than 48 hours before the session starts: full refund of what you paid, no questions asked and no deduction.
  • Within 48 hours of the session starting: no refund. Seats are capped so that everyone gets answered, and a seat held this late cannot be resold.
  • No-show: treated the same as cancelling inside 48 hours — no refund.

Cannot make it but do not want to lose the seat? Ask. A seat can usually be transferred to a colleague, or moved to the next cohort, even inside the 48-hour window. That is discretionary, not a right, but it is rarely refused.

How to request a refund

Email jigar@wanbuffer.com from the address you registered with, before the 48-hour cut-off. Include your name and the workshop date. You will get a confirmation reply — if you do not hear back within one working day, assume the mail went astray and chase it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. There is no cash, cheque, or alternate-account option — that is a payment-gateway constraint, not a preference. Once approved, the refund is initiated within 2 working days and typically reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled

If a workshop is cancelled outright, you get a full refund automatically. You do not have to ask. If a session is rescheduled and the new date does not suit you, you get a full refund on request — the 48-hour rule does not apply, because the change was ours and not yours.

Costs that are not refundable

Workshops that require your own API key (for example an Anthropic API key) are billed to you by that provider directly, for usage you incur. Those charges are between you and the provider and are not part of the workshop fee, so they cannot be refunded here.
